Africa Wilderness Journeys organize tailored tours to African countries based on the clients' preferences and arrange everything from accommodations to daily activities and food to make the client experience extraordinary. Aegas team was tasked to create a website for Africa Wilderness Journeys to attract new customers, showcase the tours variety and create an interactive way to book tours with back-office integrations for the agency to capture new leads.

Significant efficiency boost in new leads processing
Aegas has created UX / UI design and custom animations for the application, bringing most attention to the variety of experiences available on tours. Booking a tour is done through an interactive dynamic questionnaire where agency clients can learn about the available activities and get recommendations of places to visit and things to do based on how they prefer to travel and spend time. For the agency convenience, the app contains a CRM to manage content and leads and integrations with WhatsApp, email, Telegram and Viber to handle communications between agency and its clients.
