Gutter Merch is a set of NFT collections by Gutter Cat Gang. NFTs can be burned for physical merch created with world-level brands, shipped worldwide.
Aegas team had collaborated with project founders Gutter Labs on Gutter Cat Gang since August 2021 until project acquisition by community members in 2023. Aegas team isn't affiliated with further development of Gutter Cat Gang and current collection owners.

Gutter Cat Gang created one of the first digital-physical merch NFT collections on Ethereum for their community. Ownership of original NFT avatar NFTs made holders eligible to mint limited edition merch and burn the NFTs to get the physical items shipped to them worldwide.
First collections were created before any EIP standards and tools existed for this idea, and Aegas helped Gutter Labs design and develop a solution for connecting NFTs with physical goods and shipping management system from scratch.

What we use
Convenience of catalog management for Gutter team and bringing Web2 simplicity in the order process to Web3 app were the UX and implementation focus.

Aegas has launched 6 different limited merch drops with Gutter Labs and their partners, including Puma, LaMelo Ball and Staple Pigeon. Every merch drop included custom decentralized application for mint and redeem of the NFTs. Initial mint was gated to holders of Gutter NFT avatars and combinations of ownership, such as "Gutter Kingpins" only – owners of 5+ Gutter Cat NFTs. Physical goods catalog management was executed through Shopify for convenience of shipping management, and safely and securely connected to the custom decentralized applcations for free shipping of the physical items after burning the NFT.
Additionally to the digital-physical NFTs, Aegas has assisted Gutter Labs in styling the Shopify store and inclusion of Web3 features to the application to gate the access to the physical goods to holders of NFT avatars only.
