Booking and service requests were not priorly digitized as a streamlined process in Paws: it usually happened only via phone, in-office or through social media messengers. Aegas team helped Paws build the ordering process online and paid special attention to user feedback within the process.

After conducting the discovery and analysis of Paws current business processes and compliance necessary for services, Aegas team captured the user habits of clients and administrators and built the solution easy to use for both.

Paperwork reduced

Aegas has developed custom web application for Paws, featuring the hotel booking and services requests for clients. The information about last stay preferences and dogs is stored between the reservations and clients can book a stay or request a SPA service for their pets in minutes, receiving the confirmation and updates from administrator via email.

Application tracks the booking and services schedule based on multiple factors such as hotel capacities for specific dog sizes, state holidays and adjusts the available schedule for the clients accorgdingly.

In the backend, application offers comprehensive CRM Software for the Paws administrators, allowing to track all of the booked stays, manage requests for booking and services, store the owners and pets information, manually register booking requests when done in-office and manage the hotel capacity.
